Return Policy

At Alexandra Belmonte Studio, every piece is prepared with great care and love. As it is a small studio, our return policy is as follows:

 

• No exchanges or refunds are made, except in the case of products arriving damaged.

 

• Original artworks and limited editions: refunds are not available under any circumstances. They can only be replaced if damaged during shipping.

 

• Graphic works (prints, posters, books): returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item arrives defective or in poor condition, within 30 days of receipt.

 

• Returns are not accepted on sale items or gift cards.
