Shipping policy

Alexandra Belmonte ships her artworks both nationally and internationally via specialist courier companies, with SEUR currently being the main logistics provider. All orders include a tracking number, which will be sent to the customer by email once the order has been processed and handed over to the courier.

Orders will be prepared and dispatched once payment has been confirmed. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, the availability of the transport service and other circumstances beyond Alexandra Belmonte’s control.

Original works are carefully packaged to ensure they are properly protected during transport. Furthermore, each original work is insured in accordance with its value, dimensions and destination.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. Should the courier company be unable to make the delivery due to the recipient’s absence or any other reason attributable to the customer, the procedures established by the courier company for collection or rescheduling of the delivery will be followed.

If the parcel cannot be delivered and the customer does not collect it within the timeframe specified by the courier company after having been duly notified, the order may be returned to the sender. In this case, the customer must bear the costs arising from a new shipment, including transport costs and, in the case of original works, the cost of the corresponding insurance

Should the order arrive damaged or present any transport-related issues, the customer must report this as soon as possible by email to hello@alexandrabelmonte.art, providing photographs of the packaging and the artwork received in order to process the relevant claim with the courier company.
